IMPORTANT NOTE: Utilities are billed according to the REAL consumption. All our contracts (except for Family Holiday Accommodation) include a prepaid provision for the utilities' consumption. At the end of your stay, we will adjust the provision to your real utility consumption. If you used less than what was provisioned we will refund you the difference between the actual utility bills and the provisions together with your security deposit. If you used more than what was provisioned we will deduct the difference between the actual utility bills and the provisions from your security deposit.
