As our extension of our extension draws to a close, we wanted to drop you a quick email to thank you personally for all your help in accommodating our family however you could.

And also special thanks to your entire staff who have been incredibly helpful all throughout.
Your entire team without exception - sales/support/accounting/housekeeping - have all been brilliant.
Al has just been incredibly understanding and so efficient in sorting out any of our problems or queries -- he is a real problem solver and seems to be able to fix anything at all.
Nath has been so patient and resourceful and spent a lot of time in trouble-shooting our internet problems.
And finally Lani your housekeeper has been incredibly helpful and friendly and seems to have a permanent smile and laugh.
Marivic, Grace, etc likewise have been terrific.
